I am a Business Management graduate turned Business Consultant, who believes in delivering my clients and candidates clear, continuous communication, assistance and guidance throughout the process, striving to achieve the optimum outcomes for all parties.

I am extremely passionate about my role, providing a humanistic, people focused approach to recruiting, prioritising long-lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships. Placing people in jobs which enhance their lives is intrinsic to me.

I decided to join JBAndrews because I like how interconnected the work culture is and how sports and fitness is integrated into the culture. This is of course supplemented by the competitive employment rates I receive. However, ultimately, I feel as though it is the perfect environment for me to flourish, possessing strong values aligning with my own .

Outside of work, I love watching and playing football. I have done a charity boxing fight for cancer research and am obsessed with the gym and general fitness.
