About me? I am a people-first person who is driven by the potential to make a positive difference via direct engagement and leadership.

I am now an Executive Search Consultant, where I help people discover the next step in their careers. My specialties are in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Industry, where I work in an ever-changing industry that is strongly integrated into everyone’s everyday life.

While JBAndrews concentrates on matching top talent with emerging companies, it goes without saying that our attitude is a “people first” approach, whether it is candidates or clients. We want to understand our partnerships and connections so that we can personalise each procedure to the individual and make each relationship unique.

A big aspect of my life outside of work has been sports particularly football and socialising with friends. After completing my 4 years at Leeds Beckett University, where I received a ‘First Class’ Degree and Master’s in Accounting and Finance, I am now focused on applying my mindset and approach to drive success in the competitive, challenging, and growing environments within the TIC industry, in order to further develop my own capabilities to the benefit of my connections and clients. I like to bring about good change wherever I go, and I apply this philosophy to every new task/project/job I take on.
